Needed a mattress and bed, so first went to location I used several years ago. New owner, but found David Song managing the store. I told him I wanted an entry level adjustable bed, as I purchased two years ago. He did not have that model, but showed me the entry level models. He did not try to up-sell me on the higher end ones that I said I did not want. His recommended model was very affordable, and better that my previous purchase. He helped me find a mattress that worked well with this bed. I returned later when I had time, and found a mattress I like better that cost more than we first chose. David again did not try to up-sell me even though I was now wanting a better mattress; just helped me buy what was best for me and an adjustable bed. David and the products were good so I bought a second mattress. Delivery and installation went well. I would recommend David's store to all, as I got a fair price with no haggeling and not attempt to up-sell -- he just wanted to sell what I wanted.

Top notch service hard to beat! We live on the west side and are long time costumers. They closed their west side store on Pico Blvd and we made it a point to drive the extra miles to Torrance to continue as customers. David is not only knowledgeable but very friendly and was a huge help in our decision with mattress purchase. He took the time to listen to our needs, shared his personal likes on each mattress and did not push the sale. He gave us a very nice discount without us asking for it. There about 6 mattress stores in a 2 block radius from this location. I visited each one after doing my research online and knowing what I wanted and which budget I wanted to work with. David at Mattress Stop was my final choice after visiting anyone. He took the time to listen and explain things to me in a casual manner without the hard sales push I experienced at other places. I was very blunt with him in telling him I was going to the other places and he was completely understanding and encouraged me to do so. This was in contrast to the other places I visited that were questioning why I was doing that and one even had the audacity to insult me for doing that. David worked with me in securing a great deal that fit well within my budget. Delivery was on time and the 2 gentlemen were professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mattress!

I found myself in need of a mattress that would fit my particular needs and health conditions. i quickly realized that there is a mattress store on almost every corner. So, i started my Mattress search and found out that picking out the right mattress is more difficult than i expected. After visiting eleven stores, including the larger locations such as Macy's, Ikea, Jerome's and Bob's Discount Furniture, i found Mattress Stop located in Torrance California. I met a wonderful associate named Tina that not only listened to my specific needs but she also educated me on the " Mattress World !" The Store Manager, David, also assisted me with the fine details that was the icing on the cake! I would refer my friends and family or anyone else out there scratching their heads wondering where to start their search. I would recommend Mattress Stop to be their first and final shop stop! Bought a mattress from Mattress Stop back in 2012 and loved it! I'm now in the process of moving into another place and decided that I wanted a new mattress. My first thought was to immediately go back to Mattress Stop! Making the drive down to Torrance is completely worth it. David helped me pick a great mattress called the "Stress Reliever" - I highly recommend it! He also gave great pricing, as I'm a returning customer, which was great. David is not pushy at all and allows you to take your time when choosing the perfect mattress. They also sell furniture as well, and since i'm big on loyalty, I've also just purchased a couch from them as well! I will definitely be returning to buy more furniture to complete my new apartment!
