I purchased my serta mattress May23,2025. The sides are breaking down and there is a sag in the middle of it. i wake up every morning with my back and hip hurting from the uncomfortable mattress.

Not as soft as a Plush mattress should be. Also, the topper went flat after just a few months and offer very little support & plushness.

Yes, is comfortable but it seems to sink too much. When sitting at the edge of the mattress it sinks in. When lying down there is not enough support for me.

Not quite as comfy as the Serta Perfect Sleeper that I have upstairs in my daughter's room, but it provides a comfortable nights sleep. Purchased this model because the description said it is good for all sleep positions.
